We cannot thank you enough for doing work with us in the past. We wanted to assure you that even though we merged with West Shore Home, we’re still the same company and you’re still our valued customer. While our logo and name will change to fit theirs, the terms of your project will stay the same and we will honor all of the agreements of your project including warranties and payments. Just as a heads up, here are the changes that you can expect as a valued customer of West Shore Home:

1. Beginning July 1st, 2019, payments made for your America’s Window contracts will be processed through an online application and the payments will show up on your credit card or on your bank statement (for checks) as paid to West Shore Window & Door, Inc.

2. Any representations and warranties that were given to you for your America’s Window contract will continue to be honored by West Shore Home.
